Your Vaping Community: A Saga of Resources

When it comes to hobbies, there’s always a community of skilled people to share, educate and advance to new heights. These are the people that lead the way for new methods and trends. Sometimes when you’re starting out, you can use all the help you can get. Today, we’re going to look at some of the “celebrities” in our community, with various resources for learning more about vaping.

The first place I’d recommend checking out is our Blog Archive. We write many blogs a week about various subjects to both entertain and inform. If you can’t find what you’re looking for there, you can head over to Youtube to check out any one of the following channels:

YouTube Channels:

Vapingwithtwisted420– Often goofy, but always helpful. Twisted does a great job of making you feel like he’s interacting with you. A casual vibe with little editing, Twisted rolls with the punches. He is very down to earth, and I leave every video feeling like Twisted and I are best friends, or would be if I knew him.

Rip Trippers– Rip is known for his eccentricity, excitement, catch phrases, and beard.  He often gets more technical in reviews, and has many general tip videos. Videos are usually short and sweet as he cuts out almost all filler time between shots. He pumps you up so much you’ll feel like you could go wrestle a bear after watching a video.

Todd Ecigreviews Todd is by far the most soft-spoken of the people on this list. Great for learning about what’s happening on the other side of the pond, and seeing devices that you’ve probably never heard of. Todd films from his small shed built in his garden in the UK. This gives the videos a very quaint vibe that I enjoy greatly. Never too worked up or angry, Todd states everything in a very calm, matter of fact manner.

There are many other people on Youtube doing reviews but these are the main ones I enjoy watching due to regular content updates, usually several videos a week.

Podcasts:

Another great resource for learning more about vaping is Podcasts. Head over to Soundcloud.com to listen to one of these users:

Mt. Baker Vapor MBV’s very own podcast titled Own Life Vapor. John Swanke and a rotating cast of 3 others from the company come together to discuss news, products and upcoming MBV events and promotions, as well as occasionally goofing off. If you listen close, you might catch a tidbit of secrets that we sometimes tease on there before other platforms.

VP Live VP live is a series of regular podcasts by a group of about 5 hosts, often crossing over into one another’s shows. You can count on about 3 a week from the various personalities. They talk about all things related to vaping, often focusing on laws or troubles that vaping is facing and occasional sprinkles of topic randomness. Heads up, Click, Bang! is NSFW (but also my favorite).

GrimmGreenGrimm is actually an awesome personality on Youtube who does reviews and a weekly vlog, but this is the audio only portion of that. He discusses various subjects including beer, vaping, metal, legal, and reviews. Very laidback and easygoing, his casts usually run a little over an hour so it’s great for downtime at work.

Forum:

The last place I’d like to recommend is the Electronic Cigarette Sub Reddit. There are over 100,000 registered vapers on there, and most of them are quite helpful. You can use the search bar to find people talking about almost anything you’d like to know, or troubles you may be experiencing. If you post a question, someone is sure to answer you quickly. Users are almost obsessed with providing people with accurate information to the point that any misinformation is quickly removed or downvoted to oblivion. Discuss your likes or dislikes with other users, participate in giveaways and see vape-related news and articles from all over the world. ECR is very powerful, and a resource I use daily.
With all these suggestions, you’re sure to find one that suits your style. Learning more about ecigs can be a lot of fun and a great way to kill time. It’ll give you a leg up on upcoming products and knowing the good products from the bad ones will help you spend your money more wisely. Remember; Knowledge is Power!

Something to think about:
