How Much is Too Much?

How much is too much? Is there even such a thing?

Can a person really have, too much of something? Of anything? Is there such a thing as having, too much money? Too much time? Too much knowledge? What about having, too much hair? Or, too much make-up? Do we have, too much freedom in this crazy game of life? Too much air? Too much food? Too much of everything?

For some strange reason, while I sit at my desk, writing this blog, I find myself getting hot. Extremely hot! Despite the A/C set at a cool 71 degrees, sweat is beginning to bead on my forehead and nose. My hands are shaking like a leaf and a deep-seated nausea is creeping up into the lower bowels of my stomach. Ugh…

What the heck is wrong with me?

Could I be sick? Am I nervous or afraid of some impending bad news headed my way? All I know is— I’ve been enjoying my favorite Mt Baker Vapor vape juice, Forestberry Fusion, in 3mg nic, as I usually do. So, this feeling can’t be attributed to nicotine, right? Right?

Or can it…?

Holy Shitake! That’s it. That-Is-it my friends! This feeling I am experiencing, this stomach-churning sensation, it’s due to the VAPE JUICE!

I remember now. It’s all coming back to me. The other day, just before I left work for home, a Mt Baker Vapor customer experience agent came by and set a bottle of the Forestberry Fusion Summit Line juice down on my desk, right next to a freshly opened bottle of Forestberry Fusion. While both flavors are ridiculously delicious, the Summit aged juice contains 6mg of nicotine, while the juice that I usually vape only contains 3 mg of nicotine. Oh boy, was I guzzling the sweet vapor of our Summit Line juice thinking it was my normal go-to. And then all hell broke loose. I’ll tell ya, I thought I was standing on a boat in the middle of the Bering Sea with skates on. This feeling of discomfort lasted for about two hours. I couldn’t shake it. Which brings me back to my original question: How much is too much?

Well, it all comes down to personal preference. How much nicotine your body can handle. And your delivery device, of course. For someone who didn’t smoke in the past, I can only take around 3mg of nicotine when vaping through a Tank. I’ve yet to use a Dripper which I heard is like taking a shot due to the quickness in which the nicotine is delivered to your lungs. Not to mention, a Dripper fires quicker.

At the end of the day, the important lesson in all this is to listen to your body. If you are experiencing any uneasiness, take your nic level down a notch. If the opposite is the case, many of the juices on our website are available in various nic levels.

Remember, it all comes down to listening your body and enjoying whatever it is that you enjoy in moderation.

Happy Vaping Vapers!

As a non-smoker, I once smoked two cigarettes in a row and… yeah “overdosing” on nicotine is not a fun experience, lol. Had the same thing when a friend had me try chewing tobacco once. ONCE! Never again!
