Mt Baker Vapors Return Policy

Alrighty Vapers, it is Throwback Thursday time and if you are an expert who knows their stuff, then this blog might not be for you. The point of these Thursday blogs, is to bring back some basic information for those who need reminding about certain hardware. Todays blog is going to discuss Mt Baker Vapor’s Return Policy and stipulations.

What… a return policy …. NO WAY!! Here at Mt Baker Vapor we love doing everything we can to make things right. If you ever experience a manufacturing defect  with an item you purchased from Mt Baker Vapor, you can return it to us to be either fixed or replaced if the item was purchased within the past 6 months. We don’t leave you high and dry; we don’t want you to be stuck with a broken device, especially if it was the manufacturers fault and not yours. However, please note that hardware items purchased from our clearance section WILL NOT be eligible for returns.

Alright, now we can talk about some of our stipulations… yes there are restrictions to our return policy: We only take returns on hardware. This is for sanitary reasons, as e-juices and used coils/ cartridges just can’t be resold to unsuspecting customers. Although there is a stipulation to this stipulation; if you ever receive a pack of atomizers or cartomizers that are dead on arrival, we are able to replace them if you contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

We are also able to take back hardware items that you purchased, that you may not have wanted, but the only way to get a full refund on these items is if they are left unopened and unused and if they are returned with in 30 days of when you purchased them on the site.

Now when it comes to hardware malfunctioning, our Customer Service team is always more than happy to walk with you through what is going on with your device to figure out if it is a manufacturing defect or something that can be solved easily over the phone or chat. If they are unable to find a solution with an easy fix, they will help you fill out an Easy Returns form to get your return going.

Now, to use Easy Returns you need to have a Mt Baker Vapor account with a record of what you purchased, otherwise returning a malfunctioning hardware gets complicated. If you have an account, it not only helps speed up the returns process, but you yourself are able to see your past order history to see what you would like to reorder for the future.
