  • Susan says:

What are your vg based ejuice ingredients? Do you use natural, organic or artificial flavors? Do you use artificial color? Do you use sweetener? Alcohol? I currently purchase from Virgin Vapor. Thank you

    • James says:

Our flavors use natural / artificial ingredients. There will always be a minute amount of PG in our Max VG option since PG is used as part of the flavor extraction process. We do not add any artificial color or alcohol to our juices. Very few recipes utilize our sweetener.

  • Jarold says:

i was just wondering if the Ejuices are FDA approve. Please let me know ASAP. :]

  • Jay says:

I am new to the vape world. I ordered some watermelon e juice from here a month ago and it was really pink. The one i got today was very clear. i did change the VG and PG to 50-50 and lowered the nicotine. Is that normal ( the change in color)

    • The change in color is totally normal. When a juice like watermelon steeps it starts out clear and then steeps to a pink to a pinkish red. The redder it is the more nicotine the pinker the less nicotine. I would give your juice about 2 to 4 weeks to steep. You should start seeing it turn pink. Let me know if you have any other questions.

  • Nohea says:

I just got a 30ml of lemonade and a 30ml of pink lemonade in the mail. Both have seemed to have separated…is that normal? Would steeping help it? I’ve shaken it pretty hard for minutes at a time and it still seems to separate after sitting. Helllllp!

  • Stephanie says:

Peach Meltdown. Holy Moses is it horrible. It actually made me sick. It’s so yuck, that I can’t even look/smell anything peach. 🙁

  • Stephanie says:

I just deleted my email with the order number.

  • David says:

Why do you suggest 80% PG and 20% VG blend? I just placed an order a few days ago for Max VG, what are the

    pro’s and con’s of this?

    Thank you,

    • I may have gotten my blends mixed up.

If you vape MAX VG and are looking for a little more throat hit I would recommend trying our 20 PG/80 VG blend.

Our house blend is 80 PG/20 VG. We chose it as our house blend, because it had the perfect throat hit and flavor level for people looking to quit smoking. PG carries the flavor and when you are quitting smoking your tastes are constantly changing and reawakening. The extra boost of flavor helps. PG has provides the throat hit in vapor. 80 PG has that harshness newly ex smokers are looking for. But it is all subjective as well. Personally my favorite is 50 PG/50 VG. Other likes 100% PG. Hope that helps.

  • Shane says:

Can you tell me the percentage of VG in your DIY flavorings. I’m trying to calculate what ratio’s to use when mixing my own flavors. I’m using your house blend Nicotine Unflavored base at 80PG/20VG. This App I’m using is asking for the PG/VG in the flavoring. Or can you recommend a good calculator to do the math to mix my flavors with my base. I use 36MG nicotine house mic juice and your flavorings.

  • Jon says:

Can you please tell me which, if any, of your flavors contain acetyl pyrazine or acetoine. Have all the flavors used been tested for these?

  • Juan C. Gutierrez says:

Whats the percentage of vg in you max vg

  • shawn says:

Has anyone had issues with throat irritations and bleeding. Tongue burning and appearing of the taste buds being inflamed with a burning feeling. I have been using 50/50 mix of strawberry, banana, or peach flavor and went to 100% VG hoping this would solve the problem but it has not. Using 24mg nicotine. Does anyone have any ideas. If I cannot solve the problem, I will need to stop vaping completely because I cannot allow the bleeding and sore throat to occur anymore.

  • mrhonestjsg says:

I would stop doing meth in your tanks. And just use mtbakervapor.. ok or that you have cancer or your becoming a zombie.

  • Charles says:

Shawn, you may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients of the e-juice.

I say stop until you’re well, then try another type of flavor (no fruity type). Then see what happens, once you try an unrelated flavor.

  • JASON says:

Just bought several diy flavorings. On the bottles it says they contain pg/vg/nicotine. On the site description, it said nothing about containing vg or nicotine. Is the label correct?

  • Kat says:

I recently bought 236 ml of butter pecan 20/pg 80/vg (3 extra flavor shots) and it doesnt have enough flavor and sweet for my tastes,my question is if I buy another 236 of 80/pg 20/vg would it equal out to be the same as 50 pg/50 vg by mixing them together? Would another option be to buy the diy sweetener to add to what I already have?

    • The easiest fix would be to get some DIY sweetner and add until it gets to the flavor you’re looking for. You can also get some of the butter pecan flavoring if you want the actual flavor to be stronger, not just the sweet.

  • dayle curley says:

just wondering what is the percentage of pg in your max vg bottles with out any flavour shots and 30ml bottles

    • This really depends on the amount of flavor shots that you ask for, but you are looking at around 80% to 90% of straight VG. Percentages are relevant to all bottle sizing. If you have any future questions please feel free to contact our customer support, and they will help you to the best of their abilities!

  • Josh M says:

Just received a 236ml bottle of freckled lemonade that taste like rubbing alcohol. I realize the steeping process has only started, but is this normal?

  • Josh M says:

Thank you. I appreciate your response.

  • Trevor says:

Hi i have three diff flavors and i see that the flavors have pg in them. How much more pg should i use. And how much pv should i use i have a 8ml bottles and no nic. Trying to find how much pg. Vg to use and how much flavoring to get it 75 vg 35pg. Thanks

  • Galen says:

Iv been looking around and cant seem to find the ratio of vg/pg you use to suspend your flavorings. What is it? Also, If your flavoring is not suspended in either what substrate do you use to suspend your flavorings?

  • Tayyab says:

James mentioned in this thread that MT Baker do not use Alcohol and also its not mentioned in ingredients of Juice. However the description in DIY Flavour section mentions Alcohol in ingredients. The live support person also confirmed that “some juices” contains traces of alcohol.

Due to restriction of my religion, I cannot use any alcohol and same is the case with all my friends and country mates. So we stopped using MT Baker after reading that.

We like MT Baker juices and it would be great if you can just tell us the list of mt baker juices that do not contain alcohol so that we can select from that list. This will solve the problem for me and lot of other people who have similar concern due to religion or other reasons.

The live support person said that MT Baker can’t share recipe. But I’m not asking for recipe. I just want to know if the liquid contain alcohol or not. And if some liquids contain alcohol and others do not then I just need the list of alcohol free liquids so that I can use these. I hope you understand my concern.

    Thanks in advance.

    • John Swanke says:

Thank you for your comment. We understand your concern and will work towards addressing this issue.

    • John Swanke says:

Unfortunately our flavors and recipes are proprietary and we can not give this information out. Any flavor that may contain alcohol will contain it in extremely trace amounts, and the alcohol itself will evaporate completely if the bottle is allowed to steep long enough with the cap off (typically 2-4 weeks).

  • Tayyab says:

Until you address this, can you suggest me some MBV flavours that I can use?
My favourites are Strawbana, Admiral Berry Crush, Strawberry Kiwi and Etco Cooler…. can you just tell me alcohol status of these liquids. I will highly appreciate if you can reply or send this information through email at “”

  • Bek says:

What is your “Max Vg %” on your Extreme Soda flavor? No extra shots.

  • Jen says:

How much of your sweetener would you recommend for 30ml diy liquid?

  • Kleo says:

    Hi there,

I switched to 0% Nicotine, and I have noticed a significant longer steep time. For instance my 50/50 Moo Juice is still crystal clear after three weeks. Am I correct assuming that it is because of the absence of nicotine?

  • Aaron says:

Do any of your flavors contain diacetyl?

  • Anthony says:

When I first got my juices off your site. I tried a little of the grape, it was super harsh on my throat so I couldn’t take a hit will that go away after steeping my juice

  • Jimmy says:

Hi, I recently purchased a max vg 236ml of your hawk juice with 2 shots and found out its not enough flavor for my liking. I decided to pick up some hawk flavoring which I was told it is in a 15ml bottle. How much hawk flavoring should I add to the 236ml 2 shot bottle to make it equivalent to at 20pg/80vg mix which I think was great as I have not tried your 50/50 blend yet. I also know it would depend how much eliquid I have left but, what if I want to do a 50/50 blend, how much hawk flavoring I should add? Thanks in advance.

    • John Swanke says:

How recent did you make the purchase? We suggest giving up to four weeks of steep time for our e-juice. Please allow the juice to steep for at least a few days. After a little bit of time has passed you should notice the flavor will be more pronounced. If after steeping you still find the flavor isn’t to your liking you can try adding a little bit of the hawk sauce concentrate to try increasing the flavor. Unfortunately I can’t really say how much flavoring needs to be added to change your blend. The best advice I can offer is let the juice steep and if the flavor is still too weak for you try adding a little bit of flavor at a time until you find your sweet spot.

  • Jimmy says:

only been 6 since it left your facility, but just comparing it to when I had the 20pg/80vg blend it poped a lot more right when I received it. of course for obvious reeasons that the one I have now is a 100%vg. I guess I’ll give it a little more time to steep before I add too much. How strong is your concentrate? should I go a drop at a time? a ml at a time? The whole 15 ml bottle would be way too much correct?

  • Michael says:

Oh, man… didn’t know where else to post this: mt. baker butter pecan + mt. baker cinnamon roll = salted caramel pretzel.
[bear in mind i’m a 1.5ohm/1.8ohm MTL vaper]
But it’s a REALLY GREAT combo. If you guys see this, please shout me out when or if it runs as an official mt. baker flavor.

  • Ken Hoyle says:

I was wondering if you have any idea if and the FDA will start to approve e-juice.

    • Tim Mechling says:

Regulations are starting to appear at state and city levels. Federal Regulation may be a ways off.

      • Frank Mini says:

It’s only a matter of time as every company produces their juice proprietary. There’s no industry “standard”. Plus there’s the looming issue of taxing these products. The good thing is there are no documented cases of anyone being harmed by any of these products. The first time that happens, especially if there is a loss of life, the FDA will pounce.

  • Ashfaque says:

Is the propylene glycol used in the liquids from animal source or plant source?

  • Synphul says:

I’m having some trouble with diy juices using your 50/50 vg/pg nic juice and flavorings. The nic juice is 24mg/ml and mixed at ratio of 33% flavor to 66% nic juice. Since the flavor has 0 nic in it that should dilute the final mix to around 16mg/ml (I typically vape 18mg/ml).

So far I’ve tried 2 flavors, usa blend (tobacco) and vanilla tobacco. They’ve been steeping 2 weeks and taste horrible. A real off putting chemical or rubbing alcohol type flavor.

As far as I know when someone buys xyz juice from you it’s mixed then shipped or at least mixed on the manufactured date printed on the label. I’ve vaped several mt baker juices and none of them have that rubbing alcohol flavor.

Am I steeping incorrectly? Several times a day I vigorously shake the bottles using your 30ml diy bottles, twice a day I uncap them and squeeze the bottle to void the air and allow the bottle to draw fresh air in. They’re kept out of direct sunlight. Even when I’ve vaped premixed juices from you I’ve vaped them straight out of the mailbox with no steeping time and none exhibit this acidic unpleasant flavor. Imagine eating a piece of candy then remove it from your mouth and immediately swish with 70% isopropyl alcohol and that’s the sort of aftertaste I’m getting.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Bill says:

I just placed my 1st order salacious strawberry. The label says 6mg nicotine, but when I bake it my head spins/hurts and I get queezy. It’s also pretty harsh. When I first got my sub ohm tank this is what happened when I got an 18mg nicotine ejuice. it was to much nicotine. I can barely vape this without getting dizzy. Is there a way to test nic strength? Dizzy and queesed here

    • Josh Hanna says:

You would have to send it to a lab to get it tested. If you call our customer service at 18775658273, I am sure our customer service team can help.

  • Justin says:

What is the ratio of your max vg?

    • Corey G says:

This is a hard question to answer because there is no one answer. There are different levels of pg in the flavoring and the flavoring used varies. It’s somewhere around 90%-80% if I had to make an estimate.

  • Frank Mini says:

At the risk of appearing an idiot, what does “steeping” entail?

  • Emilee says:

I just placed an order and in the comments I added that I was allergic to PG and said to verify that all of the juices were 100% VG. I realize now after going through the thread that this is not possible. I’m okay with a small trace amount but I would like to know what the approximate PG percentage is in the favors i ordered. My order number is: 2991449. Thanks!! (PS DISREGARD THE NOTE TO CANCEL ORDER IF NOT 100%! IF THEY ARE TOO HIGH I WILL GIVE TO MY BF!!)

    • Hi Emilee, I relayed this information to our customer service team. I will let you know!

    • Hi again Emilee, the amount of PG that is in our juice is tricky to answer, because there isn’t a one-size fits all percentage. PG carries both the flavor and the nicotine, and each recipe will have varying flavors with all have varying amounts of PG. There shouldn’t be enough to prompt an allergic reaction, however. The PG/VG ratio will be as much VG as we can put into the bottle after the flavoring and nicotine base has been added.
