Dear Summit: Frequently Asked Questions Pt. 2

Hello, greetings, and welcome gentle humans. Today is what the bipeds call “Super Bowl Sunday”, and my fleshy companions are busy guzzling down beverages and various delicious smelling meats. Perhaps I will be able to acquire myself some of these delectable looking treats as their gaze seems fixated on the glowing box today. With this divine distraction I was able to sneak off and look over some more of your frequently asked questions.  I will be brief because there’s a piece of chicken laying under the table I must promptly retrieve before any of the bipeds notice.

How can I get my local vape shop to sell Mt Baker Vapor e-juice?

With the Mt Baker Vapor Abroad Program! Whether the vape shop in your area is a full-service juice bar or a new startup, we are willing to send ten free 15mL bottles of juice to their doorstep. All we ask is that you provide them with a printed copy of the PDF below, brief them about your experience with Mt Baker Vapor, and instruct them to provide the email you fill in on this paper to a Wholesale Representative. We will immediately send them ten free samples. Once the shop owner reaches out to us, we will verify that they are a business owner. At this point, we will use the email to credit your Mt Baker Vapor Account a $50 store credit that you can use toward anything on the Mt Baker Vapor site! Mt Baker Vapor Abroad is that simple. It helps establish a business relationship between us and businesses, and rewards you in turn.

What is in e-juice that makes it a plastic tank cracker?

This depends on the acidity level of the e-juice flavor. Certain flavors such as citrus or cinnamon have a higher acidity that results in the possibility of causing damage to a plastic tank. The flavorings contain natural acids that react with the plastic polycarbonate. You’d probably get the same results if you were to fill a tank with fresh squeezed orange juice. If you’re worried about tank crackers, consider upgrading to a glass or pyrex tank.

What is the best way to clean a tank?

Nothing beats hot water and a towel! I would also recommend disassembling the tank and letting it soak in a cup of rubbing alcohol. This will help get rid of any lingering scent left in the tank. Be sure all the alcohol is rinsed off before you fill your tank back up!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

There are many variables to consider when calculating shipping times. Weight and destination are just two of the biggest factors at play. Generally, your order is processed and shipped from our facility in Mesa, AZ within 24 hours of ordering. During business hours on weekdays and most Saturdays, we are usually able to ship your order within 2-4 hours of being placed. Please note we are not able to ship through USPS on Sundays or Holidays.

We offer a lot of different domestic shipping methods through USPS and UPS. When ordering internationally please allow up to 20 business days for your order to arrive. Also it is important to note the cessation of service to select countries.

Don’t forget to utilize the tracking number for your order so can stalk that elusive postman.

How many extra flavoring shots should I order in my e-juice?

Let’s start with what a ‘flavor shot’ is exactly. It is an additional amount of flavoring we can add to your e-juice, and each “shot” has a noticeable impact on the flavor of your e-juice. Flavor shots are scaled to bottle size, so one extra shot in a 15ml bottle, will be equally strong as one extra shot in a 30 or 236ml bottle. We recommend you try the e-juice first without additional flavor shots, just to gauge how much you already like the flavor. As a general rule for our e-juice though, I recommend not going over two extra shots if your blend has more than 50% PG. Since most of our flavoring is PG based, too many extra shots can make the e-juice quite harsh to vape. Too much flavor can actually have an adverse effect on your juice, and diminish how much you can taste. The way a human explained it to me is that it basically it overloads your taste buds. Extra flavor shots can also increase the amount of time you will have to steep your liquid for it’s full flavor to develop.

Do you ship to Taiwan?

As mentioned earlier, we have canceled service to select countries. Taiwan is one of them. Due to international laws which prohibit the importation of nicotine and vapor products, we will no longer be shipping to certain cities and countries. It is our mission to provide quality vapor products worldwide. In order to do so, we must abide by the laws set in other countries — not just in the interest of our company, but to avoid legal trouble for the vaping citizens of the world. For the full list of countries we are no longer able to ship to click here.

Who do you want to win the Super Bowl?

The bipeds seem to be in an agitated state today as the phrase “super bowl” is being uttered over and over again. Frankly, it does not concern me. The only bowl I care about is my bowl, which is currently empty. I’m off in search of table scraps!

That’s awesome news and great to know about the PDF file, 10 free samples and credit to your account for getting a shop to carry your brand. I always order online because I love your prices and always find local vape shops to be overpriced in my area.

  • Miguelski says:

Yeah, I once made the mistake of adding flavor shots to an order of a flavor I hadn’t yet tried before. Whoa nelly…
It tasted like I was huffing Glade again.
