How do I earn points? There are several ways to accrue Loyalty points. They can be divided into three categories: Onsite Actions, Share Socially, and Connect/Follow. Onsite actions include: Making a purchase, creating an account via social login, commenting on our blog, enrolling in the loyalty program, subscribing to our newsletter, and referring a friend to purchase. Social Share actions: Friend referral from a facebook share, friend referral with a twitter share, friend referral from an email share, or friend referral from a google share. Connect and Follow actions: Connect on Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest.

Do I need an MBV account to start getting points? To accumulate points, having a Mt Baker Vapor account is a prerequisite. This is the only way we’ll be able to track your loyalty point progress.

How do I redeem my points? On the Your Shopping Cart page, immediately before checkout, you’ll see a small tab on the lower-left that reads “Redeem Loyalty Rewards.” Click the box, and select the amount you’d like to redeem.Screen-Shot-2015-08-21-at-4.43.01-PM-1024x428Store credit from your loyalty points will show up on your My Account page on the left side of the screen.Screen-Shot-2015-09-24-at-11-624x252

How do I apply my store credit? To redeem this credit, begin the checkout process. When you get to the Order Confirmation page, there will be a section titled How Would You Like to Pay. Under this section there are options for paying with store credit or paying with Credit Card. Select the Pay using my store credit option. If you have enough store credit to cover the cost of your order, you may complete your order by clicking the “Verify Age and Proceed” button:Screen-Shot-2015-09-24-at-10.29.15-AMIf you do not have enough store credit to cover the cost of your order, leave the “Pay using my store credit” radio button selected. Do not select “Pay using Credit Card” as that will remove the store credit from your purchase. After you click “Verify Age and Proceed” you will be prompted to enter your credit card information on the next page to complete your purchase.

What happens if I forget to apply the store credit on my order? Your store credit will remain on your account until the credit is used for a future purchase. We are unable to cancel or issue a refund for the order you have already placed.

Do my points expire? Points earned before April 25, 2016 will be expired on April 25, 2017. All points earned before April 25, 2016 will be nullified in April of 2017. Be sure to check out our full explanation of loyalty point expiration.

Starting on April 26, 2017, Loyalty Points will have a 365-day lifespan. If you earned points any time this last year, those points will be valued until the one-year anniversary of the points being attributed. This will be the process, moving forward. Points earned after April 25, 2016 will expire on a rolling, everyday-basis. Just know that one year is the magic number.

What are my points worth? Loyalty points convert in increments of 250. 250 points equals $5; 500 points equals $10; 750 points equals $15; and 1000 points equals $20. Those points really add up, so get active with Mt Baker Vapor!

I changed my email address and my points disappeared. What happened?Loyalty points are tracked by the email address associated with your MBV account. When you change your email address for your account, the system can no longer track those points, and you would start earning points on the new email address. Changing the email address associated with your Mt Baker Vapor account will result in the permanent deletion of any points earned under your old email address. If you would like to change email addresses, be sure to contact our Customer Service team first, to ensure that you do not lose access to your loyalty points!

I referred my friend to MBV. Do I get points for that? In order for a referral to result in points, you’ll have to click the links under the “Share Socially” section on our Loyalty Program page.

I just made a purchase, but I’m not seeing any points for it. What happened? Loyalty points from a purchase will appear in your account 48 hours after the point your order is shipped. Good things come to those who wait!

How do I get points for Social Media shares? First you will need to share a link to Mt Baker Vapor via the buttons under the “Share Socially” section on our Loyalty Program page. Someone will then need to click on the link you shared. If that person proceeds to make a purchase, you will receive points. Be sure to share as often as you can, to ensure someone clicks your links!

Can I share my points? No. Since the points are attributed to your email address, the points cannot be relocated to a different email address. As much as we love to spread the love, you’ll have to keep your points to yourself.

  1. I don’t like the fact that to enroll in this that the public can have access to my information on FaceBook or any other websites. My computer has been hacked too many times to allow this. It really upsets me since you made your move your changing how loyalty towards your company works. I’ve ordered from your company for a long time and now I’m wondering if I should continue.

    1. We don’t want to impose anything on our customers that makes them uncomfortable. Participation in the Loyalty Program is your choice, and we will not force your hand. Web security is a serious concern, but we’ve insured the Loyalty Program’s safety and security for our customers. I’d recommend contacting Customer Service to rectify any concerns your may have.

  2. Thanks MBV!!! Great idea I’ve tried MBV Abroad at couple shops and its hard to get a shop to change or even give it a chance in these days of $22 premium juice being the “big thing”. I’ll keep trying Abroad but this is what I’ve wanted since I learned about that program.

  3. what an awesome idea! thanks so much! you guys just keep getting better and better, I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else for their vaping needs!

  4. Belay my last comment, I was able to link my social media account by logging out then logging in with my social media account registered with the same email.

However, I have a new set of questions:
    1) Can I get the points for subscribing to the newsletter by unsubscribing then subscribing again?
2)How can I get the points for enrolling in the program if I was already automatically enrolled but the points aren’t showing up in my Loyalty Activity?

    1. You should be able to. Please allow 48 hrs for points to show up in your account. As this is a new program we are starting your patience is appreciated during these first few days.

  5. If I could earn points by hitting F5 on the USPS page to see where my package was every time I ordered more hawk sauce, I’d be rolling in the points!

    😀

  6. Also, question about ‘social share’ and driving traffic. Does this apply only to twitter, facebook, and pinterest? Is there some way to ‘drive traffic’ from reddit for example or other sites and have credit counted? I only ask because I’m a huge MBV booster everywhere I go, but don’t use twitter much, and hardly ever touch pinterest.

  7. Mt. Baker is the only place I get my juice from and this just made me love you more! Thank you for showing your customers loyalty. Truly the best!

    1. We are working to correct the error and any purchases made today will still have their points assigned once the error is resolved.
This should be taken care of within the next 48 hours!

  8. This is a great idea, but when I try to go to sign up through the link it just brings me to the login page and when I login and go to the loyalty dashboard it says “Email id is not registered for loyalty.”

  9. this I awesome. I like the loyalty program they have started. I just placed my first order in my name on 8/21/2015. I hope I get my points for that. if there was a better way before I would like to know how it worked. I have nothing to base this new program on. so maybe one of mt bakers long term customer can fill me in.?

  10. How do you get the points for recommending a friend to MBV? I’ve shown 3 of my friends your site and all have placed orders and love your vape,

  11. I think the loyalty program is going to be an awesome big thing with Baker Vapor. Thank you Baker for the Loyalty program!!!!

  12. Baker has the best juice I have ever tasted, hands down, I am not just saying it, IT IS the best, I don’t know how they do it but IT Is the best in the BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

  13. Am I missing something, or is there a way to refer other than via FB, Twitter, et al? I only have two personal social accounts: FB and Ello – and nobody gives a rat’s heiney that I’m vaping, on FB. 🙁

    1. Those are, unfortunately, the only social referrals we offer at this time. Luckily though, there are plenty of other ways to earn points. You just earned 10 for commenting on the blog 🙂

  14. Yea, I used to enjoy going to the local vape store, BUT then I heard about Mt .Baker Vapor. Now I enjoy waiting on the mailman to bring me THE BEST JUICE ON PLANET! Thank you Baker!!!!!!!

And you are the best, ,price, and taste and quality, cannot be beat, hands down!!!!!

  15. This is great guys! I’m at 180 points already. Is there limit on how many points can be earned and will they expire?

  16. I would like to know what some of your favorite flavors are, please leave a comment, so I can try the ones that you like and I might like to also try.

  17. I cannot wait for my points to add up, and my orders to arrive in the mail, super excited for this new program to take full flight! I think its going to be a huge hit!

  18. This is a great idea! So happy this happened love you’re guys prices and juices! Will still continue to spread the word. But if you guys could come up with like a refferal code to put in it would make things a bit easier but its just an idea!

  19. You missed your G+ account. I enjoy your posts there.

Wish I could count the people I’ve referred over the past two years.

    1. We’re excited to finally be launching this program! We wouldn’t have been able to come this far as a company without you, the loyal customer. We’re happy to be giving back anyway that we can. Cheers, and vape on!

  20. How does the refer a friend to a purchase work?? My 1st order (custom made juice) will be here tomorrow, so excited!!

  21. It seems that sometimes the shipping times are a bit slow, maybe it is just me, but has anybody else noticed this, just curious?????

  22. So I logged in using Google+ and it must have created a new account for me because the user name is different or something. I’ve got my account that I use that I’ve been earning points with. Then if I log in with Google+ it takes me to an account with only 20 points for that log in and none of my previous orders and whatnot.

  23. Other sites have had loyalty programs for years…and to find out that it’s not retroactive for purchases? This is likely to defer any further purchases from me, not encourage them.

    1. We are still a young company so this is a big step for us! You will start earning points now if you make a purchase, but we are sorry if you no longer want to purchase from us. We hope that you continue to vape and have the best luck on your vaping journey 🙂

  24. I’m glad to see that the program is finally up and running!! I’ve been seeing the loyalty option, the last few times I made a purchase bit was advised that you were working on getting going, so great job guys.. How everything is going well at the new shop in AZ.. Vape On

  25. signed up and a part now. to bad i didnt see it earlier my purchase today would have gotten me 60 points… oh well always next month and fb posts.

  26. Great Idea, a great way to give back to us loyal customers. Hooked on MBV since first order. Used to buy from the local vape shop. Used to go in at least twice a week, guess they must think we just fell of the face of the earth. Discovered MBV several months ago and have not stepped back into the store since. Love MBV even more now.

  27. Awesome! Ive been ordering from Mt baker vapor for a while and it is the only place I will order from! Thanks for giving back to your loyal customers

  28. This is excellent news. Halo has had a program like this but since I only purchased replacement parts for their hardware, it took forever to redeem points. I started vaping in august of 2013. I stared with a Halo Triton starter kit that was referred to me from a co worker. he also referred me to MBV. after using my Triton for 2 years I finally got a hand me down Aspire Atlantis and battery. totally changed vaping for me. I have made my last Purchase with Halo, a Halo to Ego adapter. this will allow me to use my Kanger t3S tanks i just ordered with my existing Halo batteries i already have. I am so glad to finally be off proprietary hardware. MBV has always done me well with juices and now hardware.

  29. Right with been with mbv for a bit now but never really checked anything else out except juice!!!
Pays off to surf lol!!!! Thanks you guys are fantablulous!!!!

  30. Mount Baker Vapor is a great business, fast shipping and great customer service. I’m over 6 months on vaping, 6 months without a real cigarette. Thanks Mount Baker Vapor

  31. How do I enroll in the program ? I just found you guys and I love your site , I now have a new favorite juice and the shipping was fast

  32. I’ve finally purchased my own e juice from Mt Baler Vapor. A friend of mine was always raving about how amazing the flavors are and I’ve tried quite a few of the ones he’s purchased. I’m excited to get my order!

    1. Glad to hear you’re giving us a try! Please let us know how you like the flavors you ordered. We’re always here to answer any questions you may have. Please let us know if there’s anything we can ever do for you in the future.

  33. I used to order from Mt. Baker Vapor before when I was vaping but unfortunately I quit. I am now going back to my vape because my kids have been begging me to and I am so glad they now have a loyalty program since I am constantly ordering different flavors (I get tired of the same one quick). I love their juices and especially their prices. This program is a big plus!!!

  34. I’m really dumb when it comes to social media, so I don’t understand how to earn points with it. I refer all my fellow vapers in person. I guess I’ll just have to earn loyalty points with purchases!

    1. There is an option to “share” your purchase on social media after checkout. If a friend clicks on your post and makes a purchase themselves you will earn points. Alternatively, you can go to the Mt Baker Vapor Loyalty page and click the email button. You can fill out the form there and earn points that way if the friend you refer makes a purchase.

  35. The Loyalty Program was a great idea to retain repeat customers! I personally am more likely to purchase from a place that provides some type of customer loyalty program. The first vape shop I used would offer punch cards for juice purchases– buy 9 bottles get the 10th free. I loved it! My new vape store (where I moved) didnt have a loyalty program, and it was disappointing. So your new program definitely keeps me coming back!!

    1. Awesome! Glad you’re able to take advantage of the loyalty program. Let us know if there’s anything we can do for you. We’re always looking for more ways to give back to our amazing customers.

    1. After you’ve registered the email address associated with your social media account you will receive points for sharing posts and interacting with us on social media. We have another blog post that goes into more detail you may find useful. Click here for more info.

  36. Are there any plans to allow referrals via email? My family and I aren’t exactly the “social media” types–mainly because we’re tech saavy and don’t feel that the loss of privacy is worth the platforms offered. I understand that social media is an excellent way to expose the brand, but word-of-mouth is every bit as powerful, if not more so with many people.

If not referrals via email, maybe a simple box that allows purchasers to answer “who referred you?”

  37. Is there a code I could send my friends to use that would count towards the ‘refer a friend’ loyalty point award, or is it just social media links? 😮

  38. Thanks for the update! Glad you guys still have a loyalty program, unlike some of the other vape juice companies that I used to shop with–key word “used”. Keep up the awesome work, and thanks for the customer appreciation!

  39. Kenny, this entry is a bit confusing with the only date listed being the date it was updated, seeing as the entry/comments seem to have been merged from the original in 2015!
