    1. As a response to a new era of regulation and our desire to keep our product consistent while keeping customer safety a high priority, MBV has moved to an automated process to meet the demands of the Federal Government, to keep our commitment to consistency and to ensure a safe product. Unfortunately, with the move to automation in an effort to meet our goals, MBV had to eliminate the 8oz option. However, we are currently looking into pricing options to relieve the pain of large bottle discontinuation. Stay tuned for big news!

    1. I feel you,i havnt ordered since they quit making pina colada,i just check every week or so hoping they brought it back…plus i dont wanna do that blue check crap,my store in texarkana just ask if over 18 like a normal buisness.fda really screwed the ones that follow rules

  1. I don’t know enough about steeping, but I know that as a person without a lot of money I am usually only in possession of 1-2 bottles of juice at a time. So that means I never really have the time to steep. Does it make that big of a difference? Flavor is definitely important to me.

    1. The pre-steeped has my juices arriving at the end of their usefullness. Have had to throw a few bottles out later in the batch because they were too steeped. Let the customer’s decide. Ship un steeped then the paying customers are in control of how long and how much. Always good to have choices going to those who are footing the bill.

  2. The MBV that was so great is gone, actually stolen by “our” government.
The big bottles, extra shots and diy flavors.
I’m worried about ordering because my go to, all time favorite, Big bottle of Cinnamon Roll with 4 extra shots, is no more! Sad & Mad!
I don’t think it will taste the same, it can’t. It will be weak and I can’t do anything about it. But I’m pretty sure I will be paying the same if not more.
I’m sorry, I know it’s not your fault. I just needed to vent and remind everyone that we still need to fight, otherwise it will get worse.

    1. Thank you for taking the time to fight and voice your opinion regarding the disastrous deeming regulations. Regarding the weaker flavor, we would definitely like to hear your feedback when you do get an opportunity to try the pre-steeped Cinnamon Roll. We have received comments from customers who previously enjoyed extra flavor shots, but now find the pre-steeped juices just as flavorful. hoping this will be the same situation for you!

  3. Took the survey. I love the pre-steeped bottles, but would really appreciate if you could bring back the fresh bottles as well. It is nice being able to more precisely customize what is added to the juice. Of course, the ability to let it steep for as long or as short as desired is also a plus.

FYI, the discount code expired on Sunday, Oct 23. Might want to update the article to mention that.

  4. For me, the difference between having the ability to order steeped vs pre-steeped e-liquid boils down to if pre-steeped e-liquid would be cheaper. I typically keep a reserve of e-liquid so I’m able to steep my e-liquid.

So, when the process changed how I was primarily impacted was the ridiculous increase in the cost per ml in comparison to when the “bulk order” discount was available. To explain further: Prior to all the changes, when the bulk order discount was still available e-liquid (with 4 flavor shots) could be purchased at a cost of 15.25 cents per milliliter. After the FDA screwed us vapers & the MBV implemented the necessary changes cost per milliliter jumped from 15.25 cents per milliliter to 26.63 cents per milliliter; a difference of 11.38 cents per milliliter. In other words, due to the removal of the bulk order discount customers, like myself, experienced a price increase of 74.63%.

Granted, MBV is still cheaper than a lot of other e-liquid companies and I still am a loyal customer. However, I believe if MBV would reinstate the Bulk Order Discount then it will remedy a lot of customer’s frustrations since a 74.63% increase is quite large by any standard.

    Just my two cents 🙂

    1. Daniel, thanks for letting us know how you feel. These FDA regs have not been fun for anybody, but we had to make a change. Think of this as an “adjustment period,” where we’re adapting to the new regulated business climate. As you can imagine, we’ll be making more changes, with the customers in mind.

Thanks for your continued support of Mt Baker Vapor. Loyal customers like you keep our doors open. 🙂

    2. I prefer to steep my own but it would be quite difficult for a heavy vapor like myself to keep track of all these little bottles vs the 236 ml bottles. So with the situation being what it is pre-steeped works best for me.
      Coments regarding related issues:

      1. Using these small annoying bottles I find that it’s impossible to get all the juice out leading to waste and storing them all is a pain.
      2. There are a lot of us, your customers, that are still waiting for a bulk discount. What I really don’t understand is why this option was not taken into consideration when you were setting up your new system. It had to have been abundantly clear that this would become a huge problem for your business ultimately affecting your bottom line.
      3. While you’re figuring out how to handle a bulk discount will you be thinking about bringing back the 236 ml bottles?
Thanks for giving me a place to voice my opinion
